one week before the Semi Marathon de Paris; it's the perfect time for a warm and cozy, long, slow, deep stretch. You've been training hard and long in the cold, so take care of your body with this yoga session to stretch deeply, breath deeply, calm the body and mind and relax to get ready for the half marathon. We will flow slowly and breathe into the poses stretching out the hamstrings, psoas and hips, then open up the chest and side body to breathe even more deeply.
This session is designed and timed for runners, but anyone can benefit from the practice we will do, so all are welcome.
