It is well established that struggling with infertility can cause stress and that stress adversely effects your health and quality of life. When you are trying to conceive it is more important than ever to have a healthy lifestyle, be physically fit and have a peaceful mindset. A regular yoga practice can help you achieve these things and feel better about yourself no matter where your fertility journey takes you.
Through my own struggles with infertility, experience with fertility treatments, my yoga practice and extensive study of yoga for fertility, I can help you develop a yoga practice to enhance your lifestyle during your fertility journey. I will work with you to build a practice suited specifically to you and your needs during your cycle, incorporating a series of poses that are designed to promote fertility and reduce stress. I will teach you yogic breathing exercises that help focus your mind, clear toxins and ease tensions. I will guide you through meditation and visualization exercises adapted to each stage of your cycle and teach you the importance of making space in your life for deep relaxation.
